Depending on the customer's location and stock availability, the order will ship from one of these locations. All orders of in-stock items require 2 to 3 business days for dispatch. For orders shipping within the US, the estimated transit time is 4 to 7 business days via the Standard service and 2 to 3 business days via the Priority service. Delays can occur, and the mentioned transit times are estimates only. For orders shipping to Mexico, Central America, and South America, transit times can vary, and customers should refer to the Passport Priority Shipping estimate shown during checkout. Orders with backordered items are held to ship complete. If the Standard shipping service is selected, the tracking may indicate delivery to DDU or PACKAGE TRANSFERRED TO POST OFFICE before reaching the customer. This is because Norlan's Standard shipping service relies on their fulfillment partner's algorithmic programming to assign the most cost-effective and efficient consolidation service. In some cases, the initial service may be UPS Sure Post, where USPS handles the final leg of the journey. When the shipment shows as delivered at DDU, it means another consolidation service was used, and the parcel has reached the USPS distribution center. Norlan has a 30-day refund policy that begins from the moment the customer receives their goods. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received. Proof of purchase must also be presented. Customers must notify Norlan within 15 days of receipt of their order if they wish to return it. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Norlan before returning the goods. Items returned without an RMA or after 15 days of receiving the RMA will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The shipping cost charged on the order is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipment of returned goods and ensuring they are properly packed and insured. Damaged goods due to carrier mishandling will not qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. If a refund has not been received, customers should check their bank account and contact their credit card company. Sale items are not eligible for refund. For exchanges, Norlan will only replace items that are defective or damaged. Customers must contact Norlan for the return shipping address and are responsible for paying their own shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach the customer may vary depending on their location. If shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
