Deeps offers three shipping options for domestic orders within the United States. Economy shipping costs $5, but is free for orders over $25, and takes 3-5 business days. Priority shipping costs $10, but is free for orders over $50, and takes 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping costs $20 and takes 2 business days. Orders with in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days, except on weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may vary. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped. Unfortunately, Deeps does not offer international shipping for products containing CBD due to international regulations, but they do offer international shipping for all other products. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for international orders.

Deeps offers a "no nightmares" policy for their products. If a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can return the product for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, the customer must send a note to orders@getdeeps.com. Currently, Deeps does not accept exchanges and all digital gift card purchases are final sale.
