21-day return window
Darya Hope offers a 21-day return policy for their products. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can email the company with their order number and the item(s) they wish to return. The company will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returns. Once the package is received, the company will confirm the return has been processed within 1-2 business days.
