Darya Hope offers free shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. This offer is automatically deducted at checkout. Orders placed before 12.00 pm (PST) on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery options include Standard (5-8 business days), Expedited 3-day (3 business days), and Overnight (1 business day).
Darya Hope offers a 21-day return policy for their products. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can email the company with their order number and the item(s) they wish to return. The company will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returns. Once the package is received, the company will confirm the return has been processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
