30-day return window
Color's return policy allows for refunds up to 30 days after the purchase of the Color test, as long as the sample has not been received by their lab. Refunds will be issued to the card used for the purchase or Color gift code. If a refund is requested after the collection kit has been shipped, a $25 cancellation fee and shipping and handling charge will be deducted from the refund.
