Cocokind offers shipping to all 50 states in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada using UPS and USPS. Orders usually ship within 24-48 business hours, and standard shipping for US and Puerto Rico is $6 with delivery within 5-14 business days. For Canada, standard shipping costs $18 with delivery within 12-21 business days. It's important to note that any orders exceeding $20 USD may be subject to import duties and fees, taxes, and other charges, which must be paid by the customer. Cocokind does not collect any duties and/or taxes and cannot predict the charges. Once an order has shipped, any shipping costs incurred due to customs charges cannot be refunded.

Cocokind offers a full refund for online orders within 30 days of delivery. The products must have been purchased through their online store and be in new or gently used condition. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and gift cards and trial products are final sale.
