For Canadian orders, customers can choose between standard shipping for $8 CAD, which generally takes 3-10 business days for delivery, or UPS Expedited for 2 business days within most metropolitan areas. Standard shipping is free for orders over $38 CAD. For US orders, customers can choose between standard shipping for $8 to $10 USD, which generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery, or UPS Standard for 2-5 business days within most metropolitan areas. Standard shipping is also free for orders over $38 USD. International orders have the option of Tracked Packet International or UPS Worldwide Expedited, with delivery estimates dependent on location and provided at checkout. Cheekbone Beauty ships from Canada and US Customs may hold orders for up to 30 days. It is important to note that these timeframes do not include order processing time.

Cheekbone Beauty offers a 30-day return policy for physical products. Customers can exchange or return their purchased items for a refund, which will be issued to the original form of payment. Alternatively, customers may request store credit in the form of a gift card. However, any purchases made towards the Cheekbone Beauty Scholarship Fund are final sale, and limited-edition, limited-run products are exchange only. Customers should note that the original shipping charges are not refunded, and all gift cards are final sale. After the delivery of returned items, customers should allow up to 5 business days for Cheekbone Beauty to process their return or exchange. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on the customer's statement. Once a return label has been issued, customers must complete their return within 15 days as the label will expire. Cheekbone Beauty will only issue one return label per order, and any additional return labels will be at the customer's expense.
