Candid offers a shipping policy for their aligners. Once a patient's unique treatment plan has been approved, their aligners will be produced and packaged. The shipping destination will depend on the dentist's instructions, either to the patient's home or to the dentist's office. The shipping time may take at least 3-6 weeks after the appointment.
Candid's refund policy states that if you are a patient of a CandidPro provider, any refunds, returns, or changes to treatment or payment are at the discretion of the CandidPro provider.
