Bite offers toothpaste Bits that are free of harsh chemicals, artificial dyes, and flavors, and are made with recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials. Bite's mission is to reduce the amount of plastic waste that ends up in landfills and oceans by providing customers with a sustainable alternative to traditional toothpaste tubes.

Bite offers free standard shipping for all domestic orders that are $30 or more. Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days from the day it shipped to arrive at its final destination. Bite does not offer rush shipping, but customers can email customer service to inquire about expedited options. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and military APOs is available, but may incur longer shipping times. Bite does not currently offer international shipping, but hopes to do so in the future.

Bite has a return policy that allows customers to return new and lightly used products within 30 days of receipt of their order. Refills or subscription shipments after the first order are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation. Bite Toothbrush and Floss are not eligible for return, and 1-month items are not eligible for refund. The brand does not accept empty jars or more than half-used products. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Bite does not provide a refund for requests received more than 30 days after the original shipment date or for returned products damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. Bulk orders or orders over $75 are ineligible for return but are subject to additional evaluation by the Bite team.
