Huppy currently only ships to customers within the United States. Customers can receive free shipping for orders over $30. Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9am PT, and are subject to availability and payment. During peak periods, additional processing time may be required. Once an order has shipped, customers will receive an email with the tracking number.

Huppy allows returns for their products. Each customer is limited to one return or exchange per customer, and returns are only permitted on your first order. The return must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the package and must be sent to Huppy within 30 days of the return label being generated and sent to you.
