Keeko ships from both their Australian and US warehouses within 1-2 business days of placing an order. Tracking information will be emailed to customers once the order has been shipped. However, due to the increase in international shipping costs, Keeko no longer offers flat rate international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order during checkout. Customers in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, or the United Arab Emirates must provide a PO BOX address for their order to be processed. Buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties incurred by their order.

Keeko's return policy only accepts returns and refunds for damaged or faulty products. They do not offer refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser or for change of mind.
