Keeko ships from both their Australian and US warehouses within 1-2 business days of placing an order. Tracking information will be emailed to customers once the order has been shipped. Customers in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, or the United Arab Emirates must provide a PO BOX address for their order to be processed. Keeko's return policy only accepts returns and refunds for damaged or faulty products. They do not offer refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser or for change of mind.
