Snow offers both domestic and international shipping. Processing times for domestic orders range from 2-5 business days, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Domestic orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Snow uses UPS and USPS for domestic shipping, with estimated delivery times of 3-5 business days and 3-8 business days, respectively. For international shipping, Snow uses Passport Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 10-14 business days. Customs and duty fees for international orders are assumed by Snow, and customers may be eligible for reimbursement if verified fees are incurred. Snow will replace orders that have been damaged during shipping, but does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Snow offers a 30-day return policy for customers who are not fully satisfied with their purchase. Items purchased directly from Snow between December 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through February 15 of the following year. Customers may request a return or refund for any authentic product purchased on Snow's site, through authorized retail stores or online retail partners. To initiate a return request, customers may use Snow's self-service return portal. All returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date and must include all accessories originally included with the purchase. Snow will refund the cost of the product to the original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges paid. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Open product returns will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the product(s). Snow does not accept return drop-offs at their warehouse. Snow does not accept responsibility for mis-shipped orders due to incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser.
