Snow’s Shipping Policy

Snow offers both domestic and international shipping. Processing times for domestic orders range from 2-5 business days, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Domestic orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Snow uses UPS and USPS for domestic shipping, with estimated delivery times of 3-5 business days and 3-8 business days, respectively. For international shipping, Snow uses Passport Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 10-14 business days. Customs and duty fees for international orders are assumed by Snow, and customers may be eligible for reimbursement if verified fees are incurred. Snow will replace orders that have been damaged during shipping, but does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Snow’s Return Policy
