Armra offers flat rate shipping to its customers through USPS, with upgraded shipping options available through FedEx. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, and customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order has shipped. Shipping times vary based on the method of delivery and shipping destination, with orders within the United States typically arriving in 2-7 business days. Armra also offers Express Shipping options through FedEx, including Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping. International shipping is available to most countries, with shipping prices varying by territory. Customers are responsible for any duties or additional taxes incurred. Armra also offers Order Protection packaging protection on every order, which insures shipments during transit.

Armra offers a return policy for their Stick Packs, allowing customers to return the product and receive a refund if they are not 100% satisfied with their purchase. Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt, and returned products must be in their original packaging. However, Armra's Colostrum jars are final sale and cannot be returned once the tamper-proof seal is broken. The bulk jars may only be returned if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition. International returns require the customer to obtain their own return shipping label. Once the returned package arrives at the warehouse, it takes 10-15 days for the team to process the return and issue a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a $6 processing fee. Armra's Carafe may only be returned if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition, and there is a $6 processing fee plus the cost of shipping if using the pre-paid shipping label. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt for evaluation and resolution.
