For USA and Canada customers, it takes up to 2 working days for the warehouse team to pack and dispatch the order. The same applies to UK, EU, and all other customers. For some international destinations, the delivery company may hand over the parcel to a different final mile courier. Duties and taxes may need to be paid for most international destinations, except for customers in the UK, EU, and USA where Wool and the Gang will cover these costs. Express delivery is also available for customers in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, with the option to select this service at checkout.

Wool and the Gang has a standard returns policy that allows customers to return or exchange their order within 21 days from the day it was delivered. To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The brand does not accept returns for used items unless they are faulty or a mistake was made by the company. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and it is recommended to use a trackable service and keep proof of postage until the refund or exchange is processed. The brand aims to process returns within 7 working days from the date of receipt. If an item is out of stock for an exchange, the order will be refunded and a confirmation email will be sent. If the order was paid for with an E-Gift card, a replacement E-Gift card will be issued for the amount. If the order was paid for with a combination of debit/credit card and an E-Gift card, the refund will be issued to the debit/credit card first and the remaining amount will be issued as a new E-Gift card. The brand also offers a full refund for the amount paid, including the outbound shipping charge, for a returned whole order.
