For U.S. orders valued at $35 or more, standard shipping is free, while orders under $35 have a flat rate of $7.99. Three-day shipping is available for $14.99. International orders to Canada, the UK, Australia, and partially to the EU can also enjoy free shipping when spending $100 or more in local currency. Delivery times may be longer for international and Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories shipping. The Silk Slip Conditioning Lip Oil can only ship via ground within the continental U.S. at this time. Orders cannot be billed and shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, and once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Versed offers a 30-day guarantee on all of their skincare products. If a customer is not satisfied with a product, they can contact Versed's Customer Care team to initiate a return or exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund process takes up to 5 business days to reflect on the customer's account. If a customer has purchased through Afterpay, refunds for returned products will be issued through Afterpay.
