Ursa Major offers a flexible return policy for their skincare products. Customers can return their products for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, with return shipping covered by Ursa Major. However, returns are only accepted for US orders purchased from their website, and products must be at least ⅔ full. Samples and gifts with purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
