Topicals offers shipping to the U.S., Canada, and the UK. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes between 2-8 days, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 days. Orders that include mist sprays are unable to be expedited. Shipping to the UK and Canada takes 6-8 business days. The brand offers free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $75, and international shipping is free for orders over $30. The shipping cost for orders under $75 in the U.S. is $8 for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping. For international orders below $30, shipping costs $15. Topicals ships to P.O. Boxes, PMBs, and APO / FPO. The brand ships all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to ensure a better delivery experience. Taxes and duties are collected at checkout for DDP orders. Topicals does not offer expedited shipping on international orders.

Topicals's Return Policy

Topicals offers a hassle-free return policy for their entire collection within 30 days of delivery for purchases made in the US and Canada. Returns from the UK are currently not supported. Only products purchased through mytopicals.com are eligible for returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Used or opened products are not accepted for returns, but customers can initiate a return through the returns portal. A handling fee will be taken out of the refund total if a product arrives at the warehouse used or opened. To initiate a return, customers must have their order number and zip code ready and navigate to the returns portal. The brand does not offer exchanges. Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Returned items purchased with gift cards will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
