Three Ships offers free shipping on orders over $50 USD in the continental United States and over $50 CAD in Canada. Otherwise, shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 USD or CAD per order. Orders are fulfilled within 3 days and shipped using USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS for American orders and Canada Post or UPS for Canadian orders. Shipping time is estimated to take 2-4 days for American orders and 2-10 days for Canadian orders, subject to third-party courier delays. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges. Currently, Three Ships does not ship outside of Canada and the USA.

Three Ships offers a 30-day return policy for their skincare products. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The company will even cover the cost of return shipping. However, the products must be returned in new or gently used condition, and Three Ships reserves the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used. The company will respond within three business days and provide a return shipping label. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds will be issued within five business days of receiving the return. The refunded amount should be available on the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method.
