Teadora offers free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more within the Continental US. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat fee of $5 or more based on weight. Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days, and shipping is done via USPS Priority, which takes an additional 1-4 business days. Priority, expedited, and overnight shipping are available for an additional cost, which varies by type of service, courier selection, and weight. Wholesale and larger customer orders may be shipped via UPS. Canadian packages are subject to pricing between US$15-$40, while international shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying the total cost of the order, which includes the product cost, applicable sales tax, and shipping cost based on weight or product cost.

Teadora accepts returns for exchange or refund within 30 days from the purchase date. Items that are defective or incorrectly shipped by Teadora will qualify for a credit refund or online store credit. However, there is a NO RETURNS policy for any products that are purchased during periods when heavy discounting of 25% plus applies to the orders.
