Sweed offers free standard shipping on orders over SEK 300. No code is needed, as the free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. Please note that the free shipping offer does not include any additional fees. All products are shipped from Sweden using a secure and tracked shipping method.

Orders placed before 1pm on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days. However, during peak times such as holidays, it may take up to 2-5 business days to process and ship orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but Sweed estimates that you will receive your order within 2-5 working days from the delivery date.

If your Sweed package arrives damaged due to delivery, please save the shipping packaging, the Sweed products, and their original cardboard packaging. Contact Sweed at info@sweedbeauty.com as soon as possible to report the damage.

For international orders, customs duties, tariffs, or taxes are not included in the pricing. Orders sent to countries outside the EU may incur customs charges upon arrival. The extent of these costs is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to contact your local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package. Additionally, Sweed cannot fulfill any requests to declare a package for a value other than the total value paid at checkout.

Sweed has a straightforward return policy that allows customers to easily return their products within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original blue cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded. Customers are also advised to choose suitable cardboard packaging for their return to prevent any damage during transit. It may take up to 14 days for the return transaction to be processed, and the refund will be issued in the original form of payment, such as the credit card used for the order.
