Supergoop ships within the United States to all 50 states. Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday should ship the same day, while orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. The brand offers three shipping methods: Ground (5-7 business days) for $5, 2nd Day Air (2 business days) for $15, and Priority Overnight (1 business day) for $30. Ground shipping is free for orders over $50. However, Supergoop is unable to ship certain products to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes or APO boxes due to the delivery format of the product, including aerosols and alcohol-based products. Supergoop does not currently offer international shipping, but the brand can be found in select retailers around the globe.

Supergoop accepts returns for any purchase made on their website, except for final sale items. Customers have 30 days to return or exchange a product, and the process can be initiated through the Returns Center on their website. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Only items purchased on the website can be returned or exchanged, and not at any retail location. Upon receiving the returned product, a refund will be credited to the original payment method for the product price and applicable sales tax.
