Sunday Lawn does not accept returns or exchanges at this time, except in the case of damaged products. If a customer receives a damaged product, they should contact Customer Service to receive a replacement. The company encourages customers to share any unwanted orders with a neighbor or friend. Sunday subscription plans are personalized, so refunds are not available once shipping has been initiated. If a customer wishes to cancel their subscription before a box is shipped, they can contact Customer Service for a refund of that box and any future shipments. If a customer orders the wrong product, Store Credit may be offered for another product. Any bad or damaged product received will be replaced, and the company may request a photo to complete the inquiry.
