Patch Plants offers delivery services from every day with next day delivery available for orders placed before 9 PM at a cost of £7. Customers can also opt for free standard delivery for orders over £50. A delivery fee of £3 applies to orders under £50. The brand operates a minimum order value of £25 and delivers across the UK except for the Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly. There may be longer lead times for certain postcodes, particularly in the Scottish Islands & Highlands. The brand communicates delivery times via text and email and will be in touch in case a re-delivery is needed. Patch Plants cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to a designated safe space and advises customers to check with their concierge before recommending this option. The brand does not currently deliver to Northern Ireland due to health regulations. If drivers need to deliver to a loading bay, customers must book the drivers ahead of time to avoid missed deliveries.

Patch plants has a return policy that allows customers to return plants they are unhappy with or that arrived damaged or unhealthy within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, customers must contact the company using the Help icon and provide a photograph of the plant if it arrived damaged or unhealthy. If the plant is in good condition and the customer simply doesn't like it, Patch plants will collect it and refund the cost of the plant as long as the customer has been following their care instructions. Non-plant items can also be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and in a re-saleable condition. There is no information on how long it takes the company to process a return. Customers who wish to exercise their right of cancellation within 14 days must retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them according to the company's plant care guidelines.
