Urban Stems offers next-day delivery for addresses outside of their DC and NYC bicycle & car courier delivery areas via their shipping partners at FedEx. Orders must be placed before 2 PM the day before the desired delivery date. FedEx delivers Tuesday-Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM with some options for delivery to residential addresses on Saturdays. The brand uses a combination of FedEx's different delivery services to ensure that the gift arrives fresh and beautiful. Once the package is scanned into the FedEx system, customers will receive an email containing a unique tracking link to track the progress of their package and sign up for delivery alerts directly with FedEx. FedEx drivers may leave packages at the front door, in the care of a concierge or mailroom, or at a secure pickup location, and signatures are not required. All orders are final and generally cannot be modified. Urban Stems does not ship to PO Boxes or military bases and must have a physical street address.
Urban Stems has a strict return policy. All purchases are final and nonrefundable, except for damaged products. If a product arrives damaged, customers must return the original product within 3 days of the original shipment date or send a photograph showing the damage to the company. If the company confirms that the product was damaged and returned in accordance with the agreement, the customer will receive a replacement product. If a replacement product is not possible, the company may choose to refund the original payment method. Prepaid and gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded, and the company does not accept any product exchanges.
