Léon and George shipping policy
Léon and George ships to all 50 states in the US and orders take 3-5 business days to get out of the door and an additional 2-5 business days to ship. Standard ground shipping costs $9, while customers in California have the option of White Glove Delivery, which costs between $40-$150. For large and fragile plants, White Glove Delivery is the only option. There are no shipping deals for purchases over a certain price.
Léon and George return policy
5-day return window
Léon and George's return policy is that perishable plants cannot be returned. Exceptions are made for large and XL products delivered with White Glove service in San-Fran and LA, which are returnable for store credit only. Non-perishable items must be returned within 5 days of being delivered and must be in their original condition with the original packaging. Customers must email [email protected] éonandgeorge.com to start the return process and must drop off the item at the nearest shipper with a tracking number. Once the item is processed, the customer will receive their refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
