Stuart Lau processes orders Monday through Friday and aims to ship out orders within 2-3 working days from purchase. Domestic orders within the United States and Canada arrive within 5-8 working days, depending on the location. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee and arrives within 3-5 working days. International shipping is also available and the rate will be displayed at checkout based on the country and items in the order. Next day or overnight delivery services are temporarily suspended. Backordered items may have a delayed estimated ship date subject to external factors and unforeseen delays. Shipment time estimates are provided at checkout and delays can occur in transit. Delivery estimates are given in a range and provided for guidance purposes only.

Stuart Lau accepts returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. The returned goods must be in their original packaging with tags attached and in unused condition to be eligible for a refund. US customers are provided with a prepaid return shipping label through the returns management portal, while international customers need to make their own shipping arrangements at their cost. Returns will be processed within 7-12 business days upon receipt by the warehouse team, and the refund will be posted back to the original method of payment.
