Dagne Dover offers shipping both domestically and internationally. For domestic orders, there may be processing and carrier delays of 2-3 business days. Customers will receive an email notification with their tracking number once their order ships. The brand also offers Carbon Offset + Shipping Protection, which protects packages against loss, damage, or theft, and offsets carbon emissions during shipping. Customers have the option to remove this protection at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but the customer did not receive it, they can initiate a claim depending on whether they opted for Shipping Protection or not. Dagne Dover ships internationally, but there may be delays and no free returns are offered for international orders. For orders to the UK and EU, the brand has partnered with Passport Shipping. Unfortunately, Dagne Dover is unable to ship to PO Boxes. If a package is marked as undeliverable, it will be automatically returned to the brand and customers can contact support for re-delivery options.

Dagne Dover offers a return policy for unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. To initiate a return or exchange, customers can log into their account to submit a request or fill out the request form if they haven't set up an account. The request form requires the order number and either the shipping zip code, phone number, or email address used at the time of purchase. Returns are subject to a $10 handling fee for US orders, and if returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. International orders do not qualify for shipping labels. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gifts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as well, and a request form is available for this process. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, and credit card refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear on the bank statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. It is important to note that all returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and preferably in the original packaging. Dagne Dover reserves the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, and coupons, promo codes, and other discounts cannot be used to purchase gift cards. If a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.
