Sleepy Owl delivers their Big Brew Box, Little Brew Box, and Classic and Sweet bottles within the Delhi NCR using their own delivery staff. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location and connectivity, but orders are typically delivered within 5-7 days of purchase.

Sleepy Owl has a return policy for their products. If a customer is not satisfied with the coffee, they can return the unused packets within 5 working days for a refund. However, no returns will be accepted for merchandise orders unless a defective unit has been shipped. If a customer cancels an order within 24 hours of placing it, they must also email Sleepy Owl at help@sleepyowl.co. Refunds are processed via PayU or RazorPay within 2-3 working days. Sleepy Owl's support hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm IST.
