What customers love about Verve Coffee

Here's what shoppers have to say:
  • Visited Verve in Tokyo and it was a lovely experience, and the coffee was exceptional!
  • The Verve Coffee locations in Santa Cruz are so so wonderful. I've also been to a couple in SF and they're really nice too! The coffee is great, they offer delicious pastries, and overall, I really love the vibe that Verve cultivates.
Cons
  • The prices of Verve Coffee are quite high and may not be worth the cost for some customers.
  • Some customers may find Verve Coffee to be overpriced for the quality of the product.

Verve Coffee's Shipping Policy

Verve Coffee offers free standard shipping for orders of $35 and up within the US. Delivery is fulfilled via USPS First Class mail, or USPS Priority for orders that exceed 16 oz. Expedited shipping is available via UPS 2-Day or UPS Next-Day, with extra fees calculated at checkout. Note that all Flash Brew orders require expedited shipping, as the products must be packed in ice to preserve them. It appears that Verve Coffee does not ship internationally, but its products are still accessible through other major international retailers, such as Amazon.

Verve Coffee's Return Policy

Verve Coffee's return policy offers refunds or exchanges on apparel and brewing equipment within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original condition and unused. Coffee is not eligible for returns due to it being a perishable food item. If there are any issues with an order, customers must contact Verve Coffee via the contact form on the website within 15 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned item has been received. No time frame is given for how long it takes the company to process a return.
