Terra Kaffe currently ships their espresso machines anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories. However, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories is only partially subsidized by Terra Kaffe. Shipping to the 48 contiguous US states is fully covered by the brand.

Terra Kaffe has a return policy that allows customers to return their TK-01 machine within 30 days/150 brew trial period. Customers must contact the Customer Experience team to confirm eligibility for a return and to receive instructions and a shipping label. However, there is a $55 restocking fee for all returns. It is important to retain the original packaging throughout the trial period, as failure to do so will result in a $40 deduction from the refund. Peripheral products and coffee are not eligible for a refund.
