Sculpd offers two US shipping methods: Standard Delivery or 2 Day Express Delivery, with shipping time frames depending on the location of the customer. Express Shipping orders must be placed before 12:00pm local time to be dispatched on that day and be delivered within 2 business days. Please note that while most orders aim to be delivered within 2 business days of dispatch, this cannot be guaranteed. Standard Delivery takes longer. Sculpd does not offer Express Shipping to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or PO boxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Sculpd is not responsible for lost/stolen orders that have been left in a designated safe place. Orders may be dispatched separately and have various tracking numbers. Sculpd cannot post to PO Boxes.

Sculpd offers a 30-day return policy for their products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers can start a return by visiting the contact us page on the Sculpd website. If the return is accepted, Sculpd will provide further instructions and an address to send the item to. It is important to note that Sculpd does not offer free postage for returns. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
