Robin Golf ships its sets to all 50 US states and international customers. However, international customers are responsible for paying the duties and taxes associated with their order, and all sales to international locations are final and non-refundable. The brand offers free UPS Ground on all orders shipping within the continental US, and faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge. International shipping rates include duties and taxes that must be paid for by the customer. Once an order is placed online, it will ship out from the warehouse in one business day, and delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method. Robin Golf offers a flexible return policy for their clubs and apparel purchases. Customers can choose to try the clubs at home for up to 7 days for a $10 deposit, but cannot use or unwrap them during this period. If they decide to keep the clubs, their card will be charged and the return period will be over. If they want to return the clubs, they can initiate the process by emailing hello@robingolf.com or using the chat client, but there will be a $25 restocking fee. Alternatively, customers can pay upfront and return the clubs within 45 days of receiving them with no questions asked, as long as the clubs have normal wear and tear.
