Regimen Lab offers global shipping to over 140 countries with free, fast shipping at certain thresholds. For Canada and the USA, free shipping is available for purchases over $50, otherwise, the shipping fee is $9. For the UK and European Union, free shipping is available for purchases over $85, otherwise, the shipping fee is $25. VAT and duties are now included at checkout for EU customers. For Australia, free shipping is available for purchases over $85, otherwise, the shipping fee is $25. Global orders outside of the above countries are shipped free for purchases over $100, with shipping fees ranging from $30-$50 for purchases under that amount. It is important to note that for global orders outside of the EU, the brand is not responsible for any fees incurred after shipping and cannot refund orders that have been refused for this reason. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days but can take up to 7 business days during peak periods. Delivery timelines vary based on location, with most orders arriving within 2-5 business days for Canada and the USA, 3-5 business days for Europe, and 4-10 business days for global orders.

Regimen Lab offers a YMMV Guarantee, which allows customers to try their products for 30 days. If the product doesn't work, customers can exchange or return it for a full refund by emailing hi@regimenlab.com. However, there are some exceptions to the return policy. International customers cannot receive a refund for shipping fees, duties/customs fees/import fees/taxes that were not prepaid. Returns of more than 2 units of the same item(s) per order are not accepted. The Regimen Kit, Hyperpigmentation Kit, and Hydration Kit can only be returned for store credit or exchanges. Regimen Lab reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund or accept an order for any reason.
