Puresport accepts returns within 21 days of the order arriving. Faulty items can also be returned. However, items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Opened items with broken tamper seals can only be returned if they are faulty. Customers must contact Puresport via the chat on site or contact form to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
