PRJKT Ruby offers fast and efficient shipping for all domestic orders within the US and US territories. Standard shipping is free of charge, and orders are processed and shipped on the same day if placed before 1pm MST (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 1pm MST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on Mondays. The brand does not currently offer international shipping. Orders containing OC or items from the IAMRUBY apparel store are shipped via USPS First Class mail and do not require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times for these orders are typically 2-3 business days. Please note that packages do not ship from the facility on certain holidays, including Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the 4th of July.

PRJKT Ruby does not allow returns of any medication due to FDA regulations. However, if a customer is not satisfied after taking one of the prescriptions ordered, they can contact Customer Service for assistance. If a customer receives a damaged item, they should contact Customer Support immediately and provide as much information as possible, including the order number and a description of the damage. Customers should not discard any items, including original packaging materials, for inspection by the carrier. PRJKT Ruby strives to have all products in stock and available for sale at all times, and it is not their policy to sell backordered merchandise. If an order becomes out of stock before it is processed, the customer will receive an email with options based on the specific situation.
