PolarPro offers same-day shipping for all orders placed before 12PM PST, with shipments placed after that time shipping on the next business day. Transit times are provided as averages and are not guaranteed.
PolarPro’s Return Policy
PolarPro has a return policy that allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase. Any items returned outside this period will not be eligible for return or exchange. Customers will be responsible for any return label fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For international returns, the sender must provide their own return label. If an item is damaged when sent back, it may not be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
