Plantable shipping policy
Plantable uses FedEx for all deliveries and ships to 48 states in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped via one, two, or three day ground or two day air depending on the customer's location. The delivery date cannot be chosen, as all orders are shipped out from the Brooklyn facility on Monday of every week, and customers will receive their delivery via either 1- or 2-day UPS depending on their location. The boxes are carefully packaged and insulated to arrive at the doorstep still frozen, and if the meals are ever thawed upon arrival, customers can contact Plantable at Plantable. The UPS shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. Currently, Plantable does not ship to Canada due to customs issues. No shipping prices or deals are mentioned on the website.
