People's Beauty offers free shipping on all domestic orders within the USA. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days and shipped using USPS Priority Mail. The expected delivery date is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time and does not come with a money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the brand does not currently ship outside of the United States.

People's Beauty's Return Policy

People's Beauty offers a satisfaction guarantee on their products. If a customer is not happy with their purchase, they may return the unused portion for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. A free return label will be provided via email after the customer contacts the company to request a return. The customer must fill out the Return Merchandise/Exchange form and place it inside the return package. If making an exchange that costs more than the return, the customer must make a payment before mailing the return. If returning or exchanging a gift, the customer must check the box marked "Gift Return" on the form. Damaged items must be reported to the company with the order number, email address, and phone number.
