UK orders are shipped via "Royal Mail 48 Hour" delivery, which is a trackable service and expected to take 2-3 working days once dispatched. Express shipping is also available via UPS, but customers should allow 3-4 working days for dispatch. International orders are shipped via UPS, with tracking. Customers should allow up to 4 weeks for their order to arrive and follow their tracking in case customs fees are payable. International orders are DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and the customer will be responsible for any customs fees. Unfortunately, the brand has had to pause EU shipping due to increasing numbers of parcels being returned, but they will still offer EU shipping on a case-by-case basis.
