Deliveries within mainland France are provided by either Mondial Relay or Colissimo domicile without signature, with a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days depending on the chosen delivery method. Overseas deliveries have a fixed rate of €15.00, and the brand offers free overseas shipping costs for purchases over €100. For deliveries to other European countries, customers must order directly from the Merci Handy EU site. Deliveries are made by Colissimo domicile without signature and by Mondial Relay at a relay point.
