Melyon offers a shipping policy that aims to get orders out within 48-72 hours of receipt. Shipping times vary depending on the final destination. Customers in Sweden can enjoy free shipping on all orders delivered by UPS in 1-2 business days. For customers in the European Union, orders will be delivered in 2-4 business days, depending on the location. International customers outside of the European Union can expect their orders to be shipped within 2-4 business days. Please note that shipping rates do not include customs and duty fees that may be charged when the package reaches its destination. Additionally, Melyon will not refund or pay for any additional duties, taxes, or charges that may occur for orders outside of the European Union. Customers can also pre-order items, which will be shipped as soon as they become available. Cancelling a pre-order item is possible by contacting customer service.

Melyon offers a return policy for their products. Customers have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days after receiving it.
