Orders with personalization service will require an additional 3-5 business days for processing. Maverick & Co. sponsors most of the delivery cost, with customers only needing to pay a bit extra. Taxes and duties are covered in some regions. The actual delivery cost will be shown in the checkout page and may change depending on the parcel weight. Some countries may require import tax, duties, and related Customs fees, which are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. Maverick & Co. has a 30-day return policy for all unused and in original condition items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers can start a return by submitting a return request via the return portal or by contacting support@maverickandco.co. US customers have the option to return items free of charge by dropping them off at any of The Happy Returns Bars within US territories. Damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported immediately upon reception. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a gift card (store credits), depending on the customer's preference. Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
