Lo and Sons offers three domestic shipping speeds: Ground Shipping (3-10 business days), Fast Shipping (3-4 business days), and Fastest Shipping (2-3 business days). All domestic orders include tracking upon delivery. Shipping fees depend on the order value, with Ground Shipping being free for orders over $250, $10 for orders $60-$249, and $8 for orders below $60. Fast Shipping costs $35 and Fastest Shipping costs $45, regardless of order value. Currently, Lo and Sons does not offer any international shipping options.

Lo and Sons offers a straightforward return policy for customers who are unhappy with their purchase. Unused products must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must have their original packaging, tags with barcodes, and no marks or tears. Customers can return an item by visiting the website's Return Portal, filling out the required information, printing out the prepaid shipping label, and packaging the item with the printed order receipt or packing slip. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and it is recommended that customers exchange an item by returning and re-ordering a replacement. Damaged or defective products may be eligible for a replacement free of charge. Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted for return. It typically takes a few days for the company to process a return.
