Once an order is placed with CALPAK, it takes 3-8 business days to process and ship the item. The company sends tracking information via email as soon as FedEx scans the package. Arrival times can vary between 1-6 business days, depending on the recipient's location within the US. CALPAK does not provide international shipping services. Free standard shipping is available for orders exceeding $75. Customers in contiguous states have two options for expedited delivery at checkout — FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx 2Day Air — while those in Hawaii and Alaska have only one expedited option of FedEx 2Day Air. Orders before 12 PM PST are processed on the same day; otherwise they’re processed the following day. To track their packages, customers can create an account on CALPAK's website.

Calpak's return policy allows customers to return items within 30 days of ordering. To return an item, customers must visit the Returns portal and provide the attached email and order number. The item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging. Certain items, such as gift cards, sample or flash sale items, and any other items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. CALPAK charges a flat rate for return shipping fees within the contiguous US and for Hawaii and Alaska. For locations in the contiguous US, returning bags and accessories incurs $11.95 while luggage costs $24.95 to return. However, return rates rise for Hawaii and Alaska, with bags & accessories costing $24.95 and luggage costing $49.95.
