Orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery. Leaf Envy uses a next day delivery service for all orders, with premium delivery prioritizing packing and shipping. Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday-Thursday qualify for premium next day delivery, excluding bank holidays and weekends. The brand guarantees that every plant will arrive in good health, and their plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. Leaf Envy delivers nationwide throughout the UK, with the exception of certain regions.

Leaf Envy accepts returns for damaged plants or pots within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers must email info@leafenvy.co.uk with their order number and a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and delivery label visible. If the damaged item is no longer in stock, Leaf Envy will either refund the customer or offer a replacement. The brand does not accept returns for any reason other than damages. Customers who wish to return a pot must cover the return shipping costs and email Leaf Envy with their order number to receive the correct returns address.
