Journ offers free shipping to US and Canada for all orders, as well as for international orders over $50. However, international orders may incur import duties and taxes, which the customer will be responsible for paying. Journ recommends calculating these costs before placing an order. If the customer refuses to pay these fees, Journ cannot refund or cancel the order unless the package is returned.

Journ offers a 30 day RISK-FREE trial for their products. Customers who are unsatisfied with their purchase can contact Journ with their order number within 30 days of receiving their order to initiate a return. However, customers are only able to return one of each type of item for a full refund and only on their first order. If a customer orders multiple units of the same product, only one unit will qualify for a refund. Shipping charges and Journ Gift Cards are not refundable. The full amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
