Jode-Ian offers shipping both domestically and internationally. For customers within the United States, free shipping is available for any order over $50.00. International customers can receive free shipping for orders over $150.00. Domestic shipping takes 5-7 days, while international shipping takes 7-21 days. For customers in Africa, UPS and DHL are recommended for real-time tracking and speedy delivery. Brazilian customers are advised to add their CPF number for easier customs clearance. All orders come with a tracking number, which can be used to monitor the package's delivery status. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should visit their designated postal service location with the tracking number.
Jode-Ian offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. If the fault is from the company, they will accept returns and refund the account. If the customer receives a product they did not order, Jode-Ian will accept returns and refund within the 30-day time frame. However, if the customer mistakenly orders a product or changes their mind about a product they ordered, they have 12 hours to cancel. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery or not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to the company's error will not be eligible for a refund. It takes a certain amount of days for the refund to be processed and applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment. Customers should contact the company before sending their purchase back.
