Jimmy Fairly's shipping policy states that for orders containing only a single accessory or one pair of sunglasses without a prescription, they offer same-day shipping for orders placed between Monday and Thursday before noon, with an estimated next-day delivery by 1 pm. For orders placed on Friday before noon, they ship the same day, with an estimated delivery on the following Monday by 1 pm. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday are shipped on the next working day, with expected delivery the following Tuesday by 1 pm. If orders are placed after midday, an extra day is added for delivery. For orders shipping to Corsica, an extra day is added for estimated delivery.

Jimmy Fairly's Return Policy

Jimmy Fairly accepts new condition products in their original packaging attached for a full refund or credit note for online orders in the UK. Personalised products such as prescription glasses are non-returnable. Customers have 30 days from when they receive their order to send back their return. To request a return, customers must email Customer Care with their order number and personal details. If approved, the company will email a free returns label. Returns cannot be made in-store. The brand monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of their return policies and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
