Ice Barrel ships its products through UPS or FedEx via the LTL freight division. The processing and shipment of orders typically take 5-10 days from the order date. All add-on accessories are shipped with the barrel unless purchased separately. Residential packages will be dropped on the property, while packages for residential apartments will be left in the shipping room or with the front desk. Private residences will have the package left on the property, and if access is denied, the package will be left at the gate or with security. Commercial packages will be dropped on the property.

Ice Barrel offers a return policy for their products. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product for a refund less restocking fees within 30 days of delivery. Return and restocking fees of 30% apply, which covers return shipping, cleaning if required, and repackaging of the product. The product must be in its original condition and shipped with the original packaging to be accepted. Accessories and Wears are not eligible for returns, but if they arrive damaged, customers can contact Ice Barrel. Any modifications to products not authorized in writing by Ice Barrel Inc. are not eligible for returns and will be void from warranties. Domestic customers can request a return shipping label by contacting returns@icebarrel.com within 30 days of the order date. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks, less the 30% restocking fee. International customers outside of the US cannot return products.
