Howl has a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase and contact Howl to start a return. If the return is accepted, Howl will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Damaged, defective or wrong items should be reported immediately upon reception. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Once Howl receives and inspects the return, they will notify the customer if the refund is approved or not. The refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method, but it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
