Heads Up For Tails ships orders within 24 hours of purchase and delivery usually takes 1-3 working days depending on the location of the buyer. For those located in the NCR region, delivery is guaranteed within 1 business day, provided that the products are available in their Gurgaon warehouse. Custom-made products may take longer to ship than others.

Heads Up For Tails has a strict return policy and does not accept returns or exchanges for certain items including edible and perishable items, personalised products, beds, play pens, crates & carriers, dog and cat toys, face masks, dog pads/diapers, medicines and supplements, and items purchased during sales. Returns and exchanges are also not accepted if the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery, the product is used or altered, the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer, or if the item is returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged. Items purchased on discounted price are also not eligible for return/exchange. If a customer needs to return an item, they must follow the instructions provided by the company.
